We collect information that you provide directly to us when using Revelio RTIO, including account credentials, agency affiliation, and communications. Our systems also ingest public safety data as configured by your authorized agency administrator.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used exclusively to provide unified operational awareness, correlate multi-agency data feeds, and generate tactical recommendations for first responders. We do not use agency-provided operational data for marketing purposes.
3. Sharing and Disclosure
We share information within your agency and with authorized mutual aid partners as strictly defined by your operational protocols. We disclose data to service providers (e.g., AWS GovCloud) necessary for platform hosting and security compliance.
4. Data Retention
We retain data in accordance with public record laws and agency-specific retention schedules. Once the retention period expires, or upon agency request, data is securely deleted or anonymized per CJIS and SOC 2 standards.
5. Your Choices and Rights
Agency personnel may access and update their profile through the RTIO administrative portal. Requests regarding specific incident data should be directed to the respective agency's data custodian.
6. Children's Privacy
Revelio is a professional public safety platform and is not designed for children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children outside of standard municipal emergency reporting data.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy periodically to reflect changes in our legal obligations or platform functionality. Changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Significant changes will be communicated via agency administrators.
